We have been appraising and brokering personal property since 1997 and have been affiliated with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) since 2003. Our principal, Steven M. Brondino, has a degree in Appraisal Studies from Northwestern University in Chicago and has completed requirements for certification in personal property appraisal with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) including the ethics standards and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). He is an Accredited Member (AM) in good standing with the ASA. Prior to 1997, Mr. Brondino practiced law for fourteen years with a concentration in probate and estate planning including trusts. He has knowledge of and sensitivity to the legal aspects of appraising and dealing in personal property and is well qualified to assist legal representatives with estate, trust and related appraisal and liquidation matters.
